Baseball or Softball

If you don’t have someone to play with, you can still get in a decent solo game of catch that doubles as cardio. All you need is a ball, a glove, and a sturdy wall.

Throw your baseball or softball hard while angling it down toward the base of the ball. Throwing this way will let you bounce grounders back to yourself. If you’re practicing your throws from first to third, step back, visualize a target on your wall, and see how many times you can nail the throw.
